Shipping

We pride ourselves on quick shipping, so orders typically go out within 1-2 days of order placement. 

Exceptions include:

  • Items Made to Order
  • Preorder Items
  • Regular Stock Orders Including Specialty Items
  • Holidays
  • Post Office/UPS/FedEx Closures
  • Company Closures

    All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

    We do our best to communicate expected lags, so if anything seems off then please let us know right away!

    Ship Costs

    Unlike other retailers, we charge you $0 additional on top of the courier's ship charges. We're also getting ship charges at a discount and passing that discount on for you, which means that the price you're paying for shipping is the absolute lowest. No markups, no BS. And, it gets better: we offer FREE shipping for orders over a certain amount!

    FREE Shipping

    Shipping is free for orders that meet the following:

    • Minimum $50 USD subtotal for orders placed in the USA
    • Minimum $300 USD subtotal for orders placed internationally

    Returns

    We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 15 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit for you. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" such as: 

    • Without showing signs of wear or damage
    • Within 15 calendar days of the delivery date
    • Include original hangtags

    FCKUps

    Real humans make our gear and ship our orders, and sometimes humans make mistakes. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us then we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at mr_outre@outreapparel.com to make things right for you. 

    Refunds

    Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive back. Please contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will be harder for us to process and may slow down your refund.
